3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send us a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • The material that was removed, and the URL where it appeared
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error
  • Your consent to jurisdiction in your local court
  • Your signature (physical or electronic)

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
